What people ask before signing up
What is this early access?
We're validating the product with real shops. You get 3 months free, with everything working and no card on file; what we ask back is that you tell us what's missing and what got in your way. The months are yours to keep — they don't shrink if we launch sooner.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser, on the desk computer and on phones. Your techs pull up their own schedule from their phone — nothing to install.
Do my customers need an account to book?
No. They pick a service and a time, give their name, phone and the license plate, and that's it. Asking people to create a password cuts bookings in half.
Does it keep the history of each vehicle?
It does. Every car has its own record by plate: what was done, by whom and when. It's the question the front counter asks most — "when was this car last in?" — and the one that walks out with the paper file.
What if I already have a customer list?
We import it. Send us a spreadsheet with names and phone numbers and we'll load everything before you start.
Does the price change if I hire more technicians?
Within your plan's limit, no. It's flat per tier, not per seat. Most of the field charges per user — that's what makes the bill jump the year you hire two techs.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
You can, with no penalty and no lock-in. If you cancel, your data stays available for export — the schedule is yours.
How do the SMS reminders work?
Today they go out by email, and that already works. SMS is next: sending it in the United States requires carrier registration (A2P 10DLC), which takes time and isn't up to us. We'd rather say so than announce a message that doesn't arrive.
